Pinole Fishing Trip Photos

The fishing trip to Point Pinole Regional Shoreline, hosted by the Men's group on August 31, 2019 - one of the two state-sanctioned free fishing days, enjoyed beautiful and sunny weather at the beach but returned empty-handed and no fish in tow.

Note Viet Le's fancy hand-made gadget (above in white) for casting out, propelled by around 90 psi. Others who didn't have boots or were unwilling to brave the mud, and getting wet, could not cast very far.

One of the catches of the day, a young shark, which was under-sized and had to be let back into the water.
